Gluten-free eating at Tarte
Being a bakery, we know gluten matters to a lot of the people who walk in, so there's more here than a single token option. A gluten-free bread swap is available right across the menu, and a good number of dishes are naturally gluten-free to begin with.
What works, gluten-free
At Burleigh, the Health Bowl is gluten-free as it comes, and the Chopped Wombok Salad is built around fresh produce rather than bread. Most of the brunch can move onto gluten-free bread on request.
At the Beach House restaurant in Currumbin, several of the bigger plates are naturally gluten-free, the Mediterranean Grilled Barramundi and the Steak and Frites among them, and the Creme Brulee Cheesecake is a gluten-free way to finish. Down at the Cafe on the sand, the Chopped Wombok Chicken Salad is gluten-free too.
The honest part
We're an all-day kitchen and a working bakery, so we handle flour all day. We take care, but we're not a dedicated gluten-free facility. If you're coeliac or highly sensitive, tell the team when you order and they'll walk you through what's safest. We'd rather have that conversation than guess.

The same approach runs at both. Burleigh from 6:30am for the bakery and brunch, the Beach House in Currumbin for the same care by the water.
