Gift voucher FAQs

Where can I use my voucher?

A Beach House or Tea Garden voucher works at both of our Currumbin venues, and the balance is shared between them. Burleigh Heads runs on a separate system, so a Currumbin voucher cannot be used at the bakery, and a Burleigh voucher cannot be used at Currumbin.

How will I receive it?

By email, usually within a few minutes, with a code on it. Send it straight to the recipient, or to yourself to pass on.

How do I redeem it?

Show the code to our team when you pay and we will redeem it at the till.

Can I give a physical card instead?

Yes. Bring the code in and we can put it onto one of our printed Tarte gift cards.

Does it expire?

No. The balance stays on the voucher and can be used across more than one visit.

How do I check the balance?

Use the Square balance checker for the venue it was bought for: Beach House and Tea Garden, or Bakery.
