The best coffee in Burleigh, our house blend

A bakery lives and dies on its coffee as much as its pastry, so we don't outsource the thinking on it. Our house blend is roasted exclusively for Tarte by Parallel Roasters, and it's what goes in the cup unless you ask for something else.

However you like it

The house blend is the everyday pour, balanced and built to sit well with milk or on its own. Alongside it we run a rotating single origin for the people who like to chase something brighter, and filter for the purists. There's matcha too, and a proper tea list if coffee isn't your morning.

The drinks we make in house

Past the espresso machine there's a small list of things our team builds by hand. The Mont Blanc, single origin with a vanilla foam cloud and a hint of orange. The Matcha Cloud on coconut water. And through winter, the Parisian Hot Chocolate, triple melted mixed chocolate under a house torched marshmallow. They're made in house, not poured from a bottle.

Get there early

The takeaway window opens at 6am, before the doors at 6:30, so you can have a coffee in hand on the way to the beach while the first trays of pastry are still coming out. Find us at 1748 Gold Coast Highway, Burleigh Heads, every day. The same house blend pours at the Beach House in Currumbin from 6:30am.
